第十届鼓浪屿钢琴节暨鼓浪屿双钢琴比赛

“鼓浪听涛伴钢琴鸣响，琴岛浪漫迎四海知音”。在中国共产党成立100周年之际，由鼓浪屿万石山风景名胜区管理委员会主办的“第十届鼓浪屿钢琴节暨鼓浪屿双钢琴比赛”，将于2021年10月17日至21日在厦门市鼓浪屿举办。本次钢琴节是鼓浪屿历史国际社区品质提升的重要文化品牌活动，更是厦门市文化产业发展浓墨重彩的一笔，我们将秉承专业性、权威性、公信力的原则，弘扬鼓浪屿音乐文化特色，彰显鼓浪屿音乐文化公益性，用艺术谱写初心，用音乐为建党百年献礼。

本次钢琴节将名岛、名曲、名家、名琴组合交融，不但是名家荟萃的殿堂，也是分享和展示的公益舞台。钢琴节期间还将举办“鼓浪屿双钢琴比赛”，为双钢琴演奏家们提供学术性、规范性的展示平台。

鼓浪屿双钢琴比赛章程

总则：

“鼓浪屿双钢琴比赛”由鼓浪屿-万石山风景名胜区管理委员会主办。本次比赛的初赛、半决赛将在线上进行评选，决赛将于2021年10月21日在世界文化遗产地ｰｰ鼓浪屿举行。本次比赛是具有公信力、专业性的双钢琴比赛。本次比赛评审委员会由著名音乐家组成，评委将公平、公正地为每位选手评分，评审委员会对各轮比赛的评定为本次比赛不可改变的最后决定。

参赛者不限国籍。凡年龄在17～35岁（1986年10月17日-2004年10月17日出生）均可报名参加。比赛共分初赛、半决赛、决赛三轮进行，初赛、半决赛以选送录像视频的形式进行线上评选。通过初赛进入半决赛组数以不超过18组为限，进入决赛组数不超过6组。比赛组委会全权负责组织比赛期间的录音、录像、电视转播、网络传播及其它相关活动。所有音像制品的版权属于比赛组委会，不向选手另付报酬。

一、报名及参赛有关事项：

本次比赛不收取任何费用。

每位参赛者必须通过发送电子邮件提交以下资料，邮箱地址：

kulangsupiano@163.com。

1.填写报名表：

*报名表请登录厦门鼓浪屿政务网: http://gly.xm.gov.cn/ 或厦门市鼓浪屿文化旅游发展中心官方网站:http://www.glyylq.cn/下载。

* 报名表填写后需要提交一份签名确认后的报名表(拍照或扫描)，通过发送电子邮件于 2021 年 08 月 25日前向比赛组委会报名。

2.随同报名表需附以下材料（每组2人，每人都要提交如下相关资讯）：

*近期电子版半身照片1张，必需是jpg格式（最少400像素）。提交上传照片即视为同意主办单位在本次比赛的相关活动、宣传中使用参赛者的肖像权。

*本人身份证或护照电子版或扫描件。

*本人电子版简历一份。

*该双钢琴组（2人）需缴交初赛录像视频。初赛录像视频时长不得少于15分钟至多20分钟。曲目可自由选择。如所选作品为奏鸣曲或组曲，选手可以从中自选乐章演奏。每首乐曲需完整演奏（片段演奏将不予审核）。录像视频不得剪接或编辑过，摄像机不可移动。

相关注意事项如下：

*每首乐曲可分开录制，上传之录像视频需未经编辑，且为近2年内的录像视频。

*初赛曲目仅接受双钢琴作品（不可包含四手联弹曲目）。

备注：报名表格填写不清或所附材料不齐全的报名视为无效。报名材料不予退还，选手应自行备份所寄申请材料。比赛组委会为选手材料保密，并有权要求选手补充材料。

3.初赛：比赛组委会组织专家根据报名材料进行初赛，以确定报名者的参赛资格，并将结果于2021年08月31日前以电话和电子邮件方式通知报名者,并同时将在http://gly.xm.gov.cn/和http://www.glyylq.cn/进行网上公布。

4.半决赛：进入半决赛选手于2021年09月30日前向比赛组委会提交参加半决赛的录像视频。录像视频需未经编辑，且为近2年内的录像视频。

5.半决赛结果公布：半决赛结果于2021年10月05日前以电话和电子邮件方式通知报名者，并同时将在http://gly.xm.gov.cn/和http://www.glyylq.cn/进行网上公布。

6.决赛：参加决赛选手应于2021年10月08日前提交参加决赛曲目,曲目提交后不得更改。

7.参加决赛选手应于2021年10月19日14:00前抵达中国厦门鼓浪屿在比赛组委会指定地点报到。

8.参加决赛选手出场顺序在10月19日15:00由抽签方式决定，参赛者必须在指定时间内到达比赛场地，否则视为自动放弃参赛资格。

9.本次比赛全程没有背谱演奏的规定。演奏曲目的顺序和乐曲中的反复由选手自行决定。

10.参赛者比赛当天须缴交两份该轮比赛曲目乐谱之复印本

11.对参赛者的旅费及食宿规定如下：

旅费自理，落地鼓浪屿后参赛期间的食宿由比赛组委会负责接待。

*进入决赛选手在比赛前两天（2021年10月19日）起至比赛结束（2021年10月21日）的食宿由比赛组委会负责接待。

*参赛选手陪同者的旅费、食宿及交通费等一律自理，参赛期间的食宿可委托比赛组委会代为安排，但仅限于比赛组委会指定的饭店或旅馆。

备注：决赛的翻谱人员由组委会提供，选手也可自带翻谱人员。

二、设奖名次及奖金数额：       

第一名：             3.0万人民币

第二名：             2.5万人民币

第三名：             2.0万人民币

第四名：             1.0万人民币

第五名：                 0.5万人民币

第六名：                 0.3万人民币

备注：以上奖金数额是人民币税后数字。

三、比赛曲目：

半决赛:进入本轮的选手必须演奏时间不得少于25分钟至多30分钟，曲目自选(均为双钢琴作品)，并可与初赛之曲目相同。曲目可自由选择。如所选作品为奏鸣曲或组曲，选手可以从中自选乐章演奏。每首乐曲需完整演奏（片段演奏将不予审核）。录像视频不得剪接或编辑过，摄像机不可移动。

决 赛：进入决赛的选手曲目演奏时间不少于40分钟不多于50分钟，曲目自选(均为双钢琴作品)，须有三个不同乐派作品，并包含下列作曲家作品一首。

1.莫扎特:D大调双钢琴奏鸣曲，作品448 

W. A. Mozart: Sonata for Two Pianos, Op.448

2.勃拉姆斯：海顿主题变奏曲，作品56b

J.Brahms: Variations on a e Them by Haydn, Op.56b

3.圣桑：贝多芬主题变奏曲，作品35

C. Saint-Saens: Variations on a Theme by Beethoven for Two Pianos, Op.35

4、肖邦：C大调双钢琴回旋曲 Op.73

F. Chopin Rondo in C major for two pianos, Op. 73

备注：决赛曲目不得与半决赛曲目相同。

The 10th Kulangsu Piano Festival & Kulangsu Piano Duo Competition（for two pianos)

"The waves of Kulangsu are accompanied by the sound of the piano. The romantic piano island welcomes friends from all over the world". On the occasion of the 100th anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of China, The 10th Kulangsu Piano Festival & Kulangsu Piano Duo Competition, organized by the Administrative Committee of Xiamen Gulangyu-Wanshishan Scenic Area, will be held in Kulangsu on October 17, 2021. This Piano Festival, as an important cultural brand activity to improve the quality of the Kulangsu Historical International Community, is also an important step for the development of Xiamen's cultural industry. We will uphold the principle of professionalism, authority and public credibility, carry forward the characteristics of Kulangsu's musical culture, and highlight the public welfare nature of Kulangsu's musical culture,  express our pure heart with art and congratulate the centenary of the founding of the Communist Party of China with music.

This piano festival blends famous islands, famous songs, famous artists, and famous piano combinations. It is not only a hall of famous artists, but also a public welfare stage for sharing and display. During the piano festival, the “Kulangsu Piano Duo Competition" will also be held to provide pianists with academic and standardized musical performance opportunities.

Rules & Regulations of the Kulangsu Piano Duo Competition (for two pianos), Xiamen, China

General Rules:

"Kulangsu Piano Duo Competition" is organized by Administrative Committee of  Xiamen Gulangyu-Wanshishan Scenic Area. The preliminary and semi-finals of the competition will be selected online, and the final will be held on October 21st, 2021 in the world cultural heritage site, Kulangsu .This competition is a high-standard piano duo competition with credibility and professionalism. The jury for the Competition will consist of renowned musicians. All members of the jury will rate each contestant’s performance fairly and impartially. Decisions made by the jury panel in all rounds of the competition are final and cannot be appealed against.

The Competition is open to duo pianists of all nationalities between the age of 17- 35 years old (born after Oct.17, 1986 and before Oct. 17, 2004). The Competition will consist of three rounds: the preliminary round, the semi-final round, and the final round. In the preliminary round and the semi-final round, all contestants have to submit a video for evaluation online. A maximum of 18 groups who have passed the preliminary round will advance to the Semi-final，and a maximum of 6 groups will advance to the final. The Organizing Committee will be responsible for the recording, videotaping, TV replaying and Internet broadcasting of the performances and all other events of the Competition. The copyrights of all audiovisual products will belong to the Organizing Committee, and the contestants will receive no payment.

Ⅰ.Application and Participation Procedures

No fees will be charged for this competition.

Each contestant group shall submit the following materials via e-mail to kulangsupiano@163.com

1. Complete the Application Form

* The application form can be downloaded from Xiamen Kulangsu Government Affairs Website: http://gly.xm.gov.cn/ or Xiamen Kulangsu Cultural Tourism Development Center official website: http://www.glyylq.cn/

* After completing the registration form, you need to submit a signed and confirmed registration form (photograph or scan), register with the competition organizing committee by mail before August 25th, 2021.

2. The Application Form shall be accompanied by the following materials: (Each member of each group should submit the following information):

*One recent half-length photo. These photos must be in .jpg formats (minimum resolution 400 dpi). Submitting and uploading photos is deemed as agreeing to the organizer's use of the contestants' portrait rights in related activities and publicity of this competition.

* An electronic/scan version of national identity card or passport.

* An electronic version of curriculum vitae.

*The piano duo group (2 persons) needs to submit the video of the preliminary competition. The video duration of the preliminary round shall not be less than 15 minutes, and at most 20 minutes. The repertoire can be freely selected. If the selected repertoire is a sonata or suite, the contestant can choose a piece of music to perform. (Each piece submitted must be played in its entirety. If only part of the piece is submitted, it will not be reviewed.) Video recording is not allowed to be edited, and the camera is not allowed to move.

The following requirements should be noticed:

*Each piece of music can be recorded separately. Uploaded videos need to be unedited and recorded within 2 years.

* The repertoire for preliminary round only accepts pieces for two pianos. Works with four hands on one piano are not acceptable.

Note: Applications with unclear information or incomplete supporting materials will not be considered. Application materials will not be returned, and applicants are advised to keep a copy of their submittals. The Organizing Committee will keep all applications in strict confidence and may request applicants to provide additional information.

3. Experts recruited by the Organizing Committee will conduct a preliminary round of the applicants based on the applications received to determine their qualifications for participating in the competition. The applicants will be notified of the results of the preliminary screening by telephone or email before August 31st, 2021.The results will also be published on http://gly.xm.gov.cn/ and http://www.glyylq.cn/.

4. Applicants confirmed to the semi-final round should submit their piano duo track video for the semi-final round to the competition organizing committee before September 30th, 2021.

5. The applicants will be notified of the results of the semi-final round by telephone or email before October 5th, 2021. The results will also be published on  http://gly.xm.gov.cn/ and http://www.glyylq.cn/.

6.All contestants of the final round shall submit their repertoires before October 8th, 2021, no change is allowed after submission .

7.All contestants of the final round shall arrive in Kulangsu, Xiamen, China before 14:00p.m, October 19th and report to the Organizing Committee at the designated place.

8. The order of performances will be determined by a drawing of lots on the 15:00p.m. of October 19th, 2021. Contestants shall arrive at the venue of the Competition at the designated time or will be deemed to have withdrawn from the Competition.

 9.There is no requirement for memorizing the music sheet throughout the competition. The order of the performances and the repetitions in the composition is determined by the player.

10.On the date of the competition, all contestants shall submit two photocopies of the music score of their repertoires for the current round of competition.

11. Contestants' Travel Expenses, Food and Accommodation:

Contestants are responsible for their own travel expenses. The Organizing Committee will provide food and accommodation after arrival in Kulangsu, Xiamen.

* Food and accommodation for contestants for the two days before the Competition (October 19th, 2021) until the end of the Competition (October 21st ,2021) will be provided by the Organizing Committee.

* Persons accompanying the contestants will be responsible for their own travel, food, accommodation and transportation expenses. During the Competition, the Organizing Committee may arrange for food and accommodation for such persons but only at hotels designated by the Organizing Committee.

Note: In the final round, the staff to assist in turning the scores will be provided by the organizing committee, and contestants can bring their own staff to assist in turning the scores.

II. Prizes for Winners:

1st Prize: RMB 30,000

2nd Prize: RMB 25,000

3rd Prize: RMB 20,000

4th Prize: RMB 10,000

5th Prize: RMB 5,000

6th Prize: RMB 3,000

Note: The above bonus is the amount after tax in RMB.

III. Specific requirements of repertoires

Semi-final round: The video submitted by Contestants should be no less than 25 and up to 30 minutes with a repertoire of their choice. Repertoires should be piano duo pieces (for two pianos) and can be the same as the preliminary rounds. The repertoire can be freely selected.

If the selected repertoire is a sonata or suite, the contestant can choose a piece of music to perform. (Each piece submitted must be played in its entirety. If only part of the piece is submitted, it will not be reviewed.) Video recording is not allowed to be edited, and the camera is not allowed to move.

Final round: Contestants will give a recital of no less than 40 and up to 50 minutes with a repertoire of their choice. There must be three different styles of music, and including one of these repertoires:

1. W. A. Mozart---Sonata for Two Pianos, Op.448

2.Ｊ.Brahms---Variations on a Theme by Haydn, Op.56b

3.C. Saint- Saens---Variations on a Theme by Beethoven for Two Pianos, Op.35

4. F. Chopin---Rondo in C major for two pianos, Op. 73

Note: The repertoire of the final round must not be the same as the repertoire that used in the semi-final round.

September 30th, 2021: Deadline for submitting semi-final video

October 5th, 2021: Notification of results of the semi-final round

October 8th, 2021: Final confirmation of the semi-final round eligibility of contestants
